ground beef or turkey
2-3 cans of various beans drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
Brown ground meat and season as directed on chili mix. Add in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beans, onions and simmer. Serve over frito chips topped with cheese and sour cream. Other toppings that add to this meal are sliced jalapenos, pepitas, fresh chopped onions, hot sauce, or salsa.
Veggie Version: Replace the ground beef with soy crumbles. We also find that taking a can vegetarian chili and adding more beans, corn, or other veggies works too!
