Fall Harvest Salad
We love to serve up this salad with some seafood chowder on our Maine tour. We use local apples like a Macintosh, but you can also use Granny Smith if you like something a bit more tart. We recommend a Honey Balsamic or Raspberry Vinaigrette for a dressing.
Ingredients:
Mixed Greens
2 Macintosh Apples, diced
1 cup crumbled feta
1/2 cup walnuts, pan toasted
1/2 cup dried cranberries
