Chicken Pesto Pasta!
Ingredients:
Chicken breast or tenders
Olive oil
Farfalle pasta (bow tie) or Rotini
Pesto sauce, Classico or other brand
Parmesan cheese (topping)
While you cook your pasta as directed on the box, cut the chicken into bite size pieces and saute in olive oil. Add 1-2 tablespoons of pesto to the chicken and let sit for a few minutes. When your pasta is done, drain and combine chicken and pasta with the rest of the pesto and serve!
Serve this dish with a nice garden salad and some garlic bread.
Chill the leftovers! It makes a great cold pasta salad for lunch the next day!
