Did you know Oregon was famous for growing hazelnuts and pears? We like to serve up this delicious salad featuring both on our Oregon Bound tour. It goes well with Salmon Chowder or pasta! Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette makes a great dressing for this salad.
Ingredients:
Mixed Greens
2 pears, diced
1 cup hazelnuts (roast in a pan for more flavor!)
Gorgonzola cheese crumbles
Add in other favorite veggies too! Shredded carrots, red onions, etc….
